The 'Nine Days Queen' was executed in the Tower of London, and like many people who've suffered that fate (including Anne Boleyn, Catherine Howard, Sir Thomas More, and her own husband Lord Guilford Dudley), she was buried in the Tower's own parish church – the Chapel Royal of St Peter ad Vincula.
